ILM Endorsed Awards ProgrammeThe Gill Payne Partnership Ltd's Accredited Leadership Programme

The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd Leadership Programme is specifically designed to develop both business and personal skills.

At a personal level, this programme has been designed to help people to recognise what makes them tick and what makes other people tick. This will help to understand the behaviour of others, so that a truly open and honest culture can be developed. At the business level, it is also designed to help people to develop or refine the skills which leaders need to turn vision into practical steps.

What is the difference between Leadership and Management?

We believe that the primary differences are in the qualities demonstrated. Leaders lead by virtue of who they are and what they do. They will show leadership behaviours and know WHAT to do. Managers know HOW to do what needs to be done and set about making sure that these things happen.

What is Leadership?

A few points to consider about Leadership: Leaders know who they are; Leaders know what their organisation is trying to achieve; Leaders have vision; Leaders have strategy to bridge the gap between vision and reality; Leaders inspire; Leaders direct, rather than dictate; Leaders can make decisions, nice or nasty! Leaders lead by example; above all, Leaders communicate, communicate and then communicate some more about the Purpose, Vision, Values and Goals of the organisation.

Before the programme starts, delegates will be required to complete a variety of ipsometric and whole brain mapping questionnaires which will indicated their preference for how they use their brains!

There are work based activities that must be completed between each module, relevant to the training that has just been delivered, and designed to help the delegate to start to apply their new knoweldge in the work place.

This course can be tailored to your specific organisational development needs.
